Zsolt Palotai

Zsolt Palotai is the RPA CoE Lead Global in Development and Deployment at Corporate IT, where they focus on software automation and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies like AI and Document Understanding. Previously, Zsolt held various roles at Lear Corporation, including Senior Systems Specialist and IT Staff Supervisor, managing development teams and systems integration. Zsolt also co-founded and served as Managing Partner at Baseware GmbH, developing an SQL-database-driven content management system. Zsolt began their career as a small business owner and freelance software developer, focusing on web application development. They graduated from Max-Born-Gymnasium Germering and later became an IT Specialist for Software Development at IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern.
