Erick Abreu is currently a Líder de Operações at Lear Corporation, overseeing the assembly line for exclusive BMW seats in Navegantes, SC. Previously, Erick spent four years at PKC Group as a Supervisor de Produção, where they implemented Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) tools. Erick also has extensive experience from a 12-year tenure at CNH Industrial, primarily in leadership roles within production, driving initiatives related to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and achieving Bronze and Silver certifications. In addition to professional experience, Erick is pursuing a degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at UNINTER Centro Universitário Internacional.
