Dan Foertsch is the current Advisor at STRUT Learning. Dan has previous experience as the Director of Data and Research for the Archdiocese of Chicago, Office of Catholic Schools from January 2003 to January 2013. There, they were in charge of leading the district adoption of its first student information system, as well as various student assessment initiatives. Dan also managed district standardized testing programs and led the writing and implementation of a district five-year strategic plan on student assessment. Their other previous positions include General Manager at Viba Fima from January 2000 to January 2003, and Director of Research and Technology at the National Study of School Evaluation from January 1997 to January 1999.
Dan Foertsch earned a certificate in non-profit management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Dan then went on to earn their Ph.D. and M.S. in Educational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Lastly, they completed their undergraduate degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
