Olivia Young has a diverse work experience that includes roles in customer success management, opera singing, and product ownership. Olivia started their career in 2012 as an opera singer, performing with the New Zealand Opera and other opera companies. In 2017, they transitioned to a career in customer success management, working at companies like SaferMe and Minded. Olivia was responsible for onboarding clients, improving customer experience, and managing client relationships. In 2018, Olivia took on the role of Customer Success Manager and Product Owner at Joy Business Academy, where they led a team of developers and implemented improvements to the company's product.
