Learn And Lunch is a student-led governance initiative working to strengthen institutional responses to campus hunger in Ugandan universities.

We approach food insecurity as a student welfare and higher education policy issue. Our work focuses on research development, structured institutional engagement, and responsible advocacy.

Through cross-campus evidence building, ambassador training, and policy dialogue, we aim to improve accountability, coordination, and student welfare design across the higher education ecosystem.

Campus hunger is not a personal failure. It is a systems question.
