Suzanne Heid

Suzanne Heid is the Executive Regional Director and a Behavior Analyst at LEARN Behavioral, a position held since 2025. Previously, Suzanne served in various roles including Director of Training, Executive Director, Case Manager, and Associate Clinical Director at Trellis Services, LLC from 2005 to 2009. Earlier in their career, Suzanne worked as a Behavior Specialist, Special Education Teacher, and Teaching Assistant at the Kennedy Krieger Institute from 2000 to 2002. Suzanne holds a BCBA in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology, a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from McDaniel College.
