Tim Crilly

Tim Crilly, BCBA, is an experienced professional in the field of applied behavior analysis, currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at LEARN Behavioral since February 2025. Crilly has a strong background in driving business growth and building strategic partnerships, previously holding positions such as Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Raven Health, where value-based care models were developed. Crilly's experience also includes serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Blue Sprig Pediatrics, where contributions led to the acquisition of seven ABA organizations and the integration of 1,500 clients. Further experience encompasses founding Behavioral Health Partnerships, directing clinical services for autism at Magellan Behavioral Health Providers of Texas, and business development at ACES. Crilly holds a BA in Diversified Liberal Arts from the University of San Diego and a Master’s degree in Human Development from National University.
