Jonathan Yu

Jonathan Yu is an experienced educational professional with a diverse background in teaching and program management. Currently serving as an Instructional Coach and Leadership Team member at LEARN Charter School Network since September 2017, Jonathan excels in creating onboarding protocols for new teachers, conducting lesson internalization meetings, and analyzing school data to improve academic and behavioral outcomes. Previously, Jonathan has held various roles including Kindergarten Teacher at Schaumburg School District 54, where instruction was tailored to meet the needs of diverse students, and Program Director with the Taiwanese American Foundation, overseeing leadership conference programs for youth. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in English as a Second Language from National Louis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
