Drew Fowler

Legal Intern

Drew Fowler is currently serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Fredrick J. Scullin, Jr. at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Drew was the Editor in Chief of the Syracuse Law Review from May 2023 to May 2024 and worked as a Summer Associate at Barclay Damon LLP during the summer of 2023. Drew also contributed to the Volunteer Lawyers Project of CNY as an Access to Justice Fellow from May 2022 to May 2023. Additional experience includes an Educational Admin Intern position with the Madison Scouts and an internship with the City of Syracuse's Bureau of Administrative Adjudication. Drew's background in grassroots activism includes roles as a Canvasser and Field Manager for the Fund for the Public Interest. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctor Candidate status at Syracuse University College of Law and a Master's in Public Administration Candidate status at the Syracuse University - Maxwell School, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Chicago and an Associate's degree from Joliet Junior College.
