Nick Monzi

Nick Monzi has a diverse work experience that spans from 2007 to the present. Nick started their career as an Assistant in Athletic Communications at Syracuse University from August 2007 to November 2010. Following that, they worked as a Development Assistant at Hartford Performs from January to May 2012, where they initiated research and development projects and advocated for the growth of CityMusic. In September 2012, Nick became a Graduate Program Assistant - Arts in Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education, where they coordinated events, updated the program's database and website, and served as a Program Ambassador. Nick then joined Madison Scouts in November 2011 as a Program Coordinator, eventually becoming a Staff Coordinator. In this role, they guided a staff and performance ensemble to their highest world championship placement and managed the creative process and implementation. Since May 2013, Nick has been involved with Learn Fresh, initially serving as Chief Operating Officer and later becoming CEO & Co-Founder. In this role, they developed and expanded the Learn Fresh program model, managing relationships with school districts and organizations to successfully implement programming that has engaged over 700,000 students and partnered with 30+ pro sports teams and leagues.

Nick Monzi began their education in 2007 at Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises, Marketing Management. Nick completed their undergraduate studies in 2011.

In 2012, Nick Monzi attended the Harvard Graduate School of Education to earn a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree. Nick completed this program in 2013.

In 2019, Nick Monzi participated in the Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management program offered by Harvard Business School Executive Education. The duration of this program was one year.

Nick Monzi further expanded their education in 2020 through an online course at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) focused on Business, International Relations, and the Political Economy.

Currently, Nick Monzi is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Their anticipated completion date for this program is in 2024.
