For most of history, truly learning a language took time, money, and access that most people never had. A private tutor was a privilege. Learna exists to change that.

Learna is an AI-native language-learning company on a mission to democratize how the world learns to speak, putting a personal tutor within reach of everyone, everywhere, regardless of language, cost, location, or background. We're part of Codeway, the self-funded studio behind some of the world's most-downloaded mobile apps, and we build the technology and products that turn "I've always wanted to learn a language" into "I'm speaking it."

Our flagship product, the Learna app, is that mission in action. It's an AI language tutor built to get anyone genuinely speaking, not by memorizing flashcards but by holding real conversations out loud with a patient, always-on tutor that adapts to how each person learns. Pick a language and a level, start talking, and follow a curriculum that reshapes itself around what you say, across 80 languages and every level of fluency.

That approach has already made the Learna app one of the world's most-loved learning tools, with 45M+ learners and a #1 spot as the most downloaded app in US Education, and it's only the start of what we're building.

The next era of learning won't be gated by who can afford a tutor or where they were born. It will be personal, spoken, and open to everyone, and we're the company building it.

Follow along. And if you want to help democratize language learning for the world, we're hiring!
