Hee-Chan Jang

Hee-Chan Jang has a diverse range of work experience in education and engineering. Hee-Chan started working as an Undergraduate Engineer at BOC South Pacific in 2011. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Chemistry Teacher at Matrix Education, where they taught regular classes and provided feedback to students. Hee-Chan also served as a Project Supervisor at Jacaranda Flame Consulting - University of Sydney, where they supervised project teams and provided technical guidance. Hee-Chan has also worked as a Research Associate and Research Assistant at the University of Sydney, where they conducted and supported various research projects. Hee-Chan has extensive experience as a Lecturer, Academic Tutor, and Content Writer/Designer, primarily in the field of chemistry. Most recently, they have been working at Learnable as the Head of Content, overseeing content development and delivery. Overall, Hee-Chan Jang has had a rich and varied career in education and engineering.

Hee-Chan Jang earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Sydney, which they pursued from 2013 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering) and Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) also from the University of Sydney, completing their degrees from 2008 to 2012. Hee-Chan completed their International Baccalaureate® (IB) Diploma Programme, focusing on Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics, at the International School Suva from 2006 to 2007.
