Jason Wang

Jason Wang is a seasoned venture capitalist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the New Zealand startup ecosystem. Currently a Partner at Icehouse Ventures since April 2019, Jason focuses on supporting early-stage companies, alongside roles as a Co-founder and Fund Manager of Eden Ventures NZ and an EHF Fellow at the Edmund Hillary Fellowship. Jason serves on the boards of multiple companies, including FileInvite, LearnCoach, and Calocurb, and provides insights as a Board Observer for Nectar Money and Tourism Integration/Jettzy. Previous roles include an Associate position at Tuhua Ventures and an Investment Analyst at ICE Angels, contributing to significant investments in numerous startups. Academically, Jason holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from the University of Auckland, a Bachelor's Degree in Business English from Shandong University, and was a Visiting Scholar at Peking University’s Yenching Academy.
