Lea Pilgrim is a Regional Operations Leader currently focusing on high-end residential and commercial HVAC and lighting control systems, integrating them with AV and various third-party systems. Previously, Lea worked as a Senior Project Manager and BMS Project Manager, gaining extensive experience in systems commissioning and project management in the building management sector. Lea also held a Lead Engineer position at HSBC, overseeing critical data center HVAC BMS systems and leading a team to minimize downtime. Throughout their career, Lea has collaborated with clients and design teams to ensure technological and project requirements are met for smooth implementation. Currently, Lea is pursuing an HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
