Mitchell Henchoz began their work experience as a Business Intern at inplaymaker in 2015, where they oversaw the design and launch of a mobile app. In 2016, they interned at private equity firm Sovereign Capital, where they conducted research and presented their findings to a panel. Mitchell then worked as a Summer Associate at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2017, focusing on consumer strategy. From 2017 to 2018, Mitchell worked as a Mathematics Tutor at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Mitchell rejoined BCG in 2019 as an Associate and later became a Senior Associate. In 2021, Mitchell became a Non-Executive Director and Investor at Dodo Pub Co. Mitchell then joined Club Five as Chief Operating Officer and later transitioned to a part-time Director role. In 2022, Mitchell co-founded LEAP Academy, an online training company, before becoming the Managing Director of Health & Fitness at learndirect Limited in 2023. In this role, they oversee the operation and growth of three fitness brands within the group.
Mitchell Henchoz completed their A-Levels in Economics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Further Mathematics at Hereford Cathedral School between 2008 and 2014. Mitchell then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2015 to 2018.
