Richard Dowling

Richard Dowling has over a decade of experience in educational support and psychotherapeutic services. Currently serving as a Management Tutor at learndirect Limited since January 2011, Richard provides remote support for learners pursuing the Chartered Management Institute's Level 3 Certificate in 1st Line Management, conducting tutorials via WebEx and offering individualized feedback and assignment assessments. Additionally, Richard has experience as a Learning Support Practitioner, where remote assistance was provided for learners taking Functional Skills Level 1 to Level 2 in English and Maths. Prior to this, Richard was a self-employed psychotherapist from April 2008 to January 2011, offering psychotherapeutic services in the Loughborough area, utilizing Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy to address both personal and work-related issues for clients.
