Rick Kuijf has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rick is the Co-Founder of Learned, a talent management platform that utilizes match technology to aid organizations in retaining and developing talent. Prior to this, they worked at HelloFresh as a Project Manager New Business, where they explored new commercial propositions and partnerships, and as the Manager of Field Marketing, where they improved sales campaigns and developed new marketing channels. Before joining HelloFresh, Rick served as a Regional Manager at Lidl Nederland, where they oversaw multiple stores and managed a large team. Rick also gained experience as a Management Trainee at Lidl Nederland, where they optimized store lay-outs. Other notable roles include an internship at Nestle S.A. in category management and a Master Thesis at HI-TEC SPORTS. Rick also held positions in student associations and founded their own online marketing company called Well Designed Media. Rick interned at Benckmar B.V., a marketing and distribution company, and at Q&A Research & Consultancy, where they contributed to consumer research activities and sales.

Rick Kuijf pursued their education in a chronological order. Rick began by obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Commercial Economics from the University of Applied Sciences Amsterdam, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, they went on to earn a Master of Science (MS) in Marketing Management from Nyenrode Business Universiteit between 2011 and 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Rick Kuijf also obtained additional certifications. In May 2017, they completed the "Facebook Marketing: Advanced Advertising" course offered by LinkedIn. In October 2012, they obtained the Anwarter Degree as a Ski Instructor from Snowsports Academy.
