James Dolan

James Dolan has a diverse work experience in the field of business intelligence and data analysis. James started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Johnson & Johnson in 2013, where they managed budgets, compiled performance reports, and led a project for the launch of a new website. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Commercial Analyst at Global, designing and building analytics solutions, manipulating and visualizing data using SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau. James also served as the main support contact for Salesforce. In 2020, Dolan joined Outplay Entertainment Ltd as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where they managed SQL processes, led the Tableau environment, and collaborated with different teams to enhance commercial data-driven decision making. James is currently working at Learnerbly as a Business Intelligence Analyst, starting in 2023.

James Dolan completed their high school education at The Forest from 2004 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Management at Aston University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
