Nicolás Delfino

Nicolás Delfino has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nicolás started their career as a Frontend Developer at Cybercom Group in 2016 and then moved on to Avalon Innovation as a Frontend Developer from 2013 to 2017.

In 2017, Nicolás joined Tretton37 as a Consultant, where they worked on projects for clients such as Tetra Pak and Alfa Laval as a Frontend Developer and later became a Lead Consultant. Nicolás focused on enabling and facilitating change in digital organizations, as well as being the first point of contact for client engagements.

With their expertise in frontend development, Nicolás continued their career as a Lead Frontend Developer at CDON.COM from 2018 to 2020, IKEA from 2020 to 2021, and Budbee from 2021 to 2021, all while being a Consultant at Tretton37. Nicolás was responsible for overseeing frontend development and ensuring technical viability and architectural decisions.

Nicolás also held the role of Web Architecture & Performance Competence Lead at Tretton37 from 2021 to 2023, where they focused on developing the skills of their colleagues and advancing architecture and web performance expertise within the organization. Nicolás continued their involvement with Tretton37 as a Lead Consultant until 2023 when they transitioned to the position of Head of Frontend at Learnifier.

Throughout their career, Nicolás has demonstrated a strong passion for frontend development and a commitment to delivering maximum value to clients.

Nicolás Delfino attended Heleneholm, where they obtained a Gymnasieexamen degree in Musik. Nicolás then enrolled at Skurups Folkhögskola from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued a field of study in Jazz. Following this, Nicolás Delfino pursued higher education at Musikhögskolan Malmö, earning a Konstnärlig masterexamen degree in the field of study Gitarr, Jazz from 2006 to 2011.
