Coco Davis has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Coco started their career as a Letterpress Specialist and Executive Assistant at Licher Art & Design from February 2007 to November 2009. Coco then worked as an Executive Assistant at The Ideal Copy from 2008 to 2010. Coco gained experience as a Letterpress Intern at Jack Sinclair Letterpress Studio from 2011 to 2012 and as a Designer for the Cats in the Community Renovation Project in 2012-2013.

In 2007, Coco founded their own business called Coco Davis Design, where they served as the Owner, Operator, and Designer. At Coco Davis Design, they managed all aspects of the business and worked on various design projects for notable clients, including a NASA contracted engineering firm, luxury real estate agency, and international retail business. Coco successfully completed projects ranging from web design, graphics, logos, and advertisements to detailed engineering illustrations and presentations. Coco's tenure at Coco Davis Design lasted from June 2007 to February 2015.

Following that, Coco joined Learning A-Z in 2015 and held several roles, including Graphic Designer, Production Project Lead, Production Manager, and Senior Production Manager. As a Senior Production Manager, Coco became a leader in the company's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Coco collaborated with the marketing team to develop DEI messaging, mapped out a long-term DEI management plan, and delivered DEI guidance to executive teams. Coco also initiated the company-wide DEI Council and facilitated the development of an inclusive and high-performance work environment.

Coco Davis began their education in 2003 at Northern Arizona University, where they pursued a field of study in Social Work. Coco attended the university until 2007, although they did not obtain a degree during this time.

In 2010, Coco enrolled at the University of Arizona and completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Design and Visual Communications in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Coco Davis has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Coco received a certification in Inclusive Leadership from the University of Colorado in April 2021. In November 2020, they obtained a certification in Education for All: Disability, Diversity, and Inclusion from the University of Cape Town. Earlier in February 2020, Coco completed a certification course on Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace at Cornell University, and in December 2019, they obtained a certification in Women's Leadership from the same institution.

Furthermore, Coco has completed various workshops and courses to expand their expertise. In October 2019, they received a course certificate for Developing Political Savvy from LinkedIn Learning. In September 2018, they attended a Project Management Workshop by Simulation Powered Learning and a course on Psychology of Change Management by the same institution in June 2018.

Lastly, Coco is a Certified Diversity Professional, having obtained this certification from The Society For Diversity in September 2020.
