Jummy A. has a strong background in business analysis and project management. From 2017 to 2021, Jummy worked at Geans Edge Technologies as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master. In this role, Jummy collaborated with stakeholders to define concepts, analyze business needs, and translate them into operational requirements. Jummy also effectively communicated the requirements for Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and modeled process flows using tools like MS Visio.

In 2021, Jummy joined Motion Recruitment Partners LLC as a Business Analyst. During this time, Jummy stayed up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Jummy collaborated with developers, UI/UX designers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to establish the technical vision, implement requirements, and provide guidance to testers during the QA process. In this role, Jummy acts as a liaison between the business unit and the technical unit, gathering business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementation. Jummy is involved in projects through the different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Agile/SCRUM methodology. Jummy works closely with the Product Owner in populating, prioritizing, and validating user stories in the product backlog.

Jummy A. holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Adekunle Ajasin University. Additionally, in May 2021, Jummy obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Institute™ (Scrum Institute). Furthermore, in November 2021, Jummy obtained the COI certification from the CITI Program, as well as the Information Privacy and Security (IPS) certification, also from the CITI Program.
