Dr. Kelli Erwin

Dr. Kelli Erwin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dr. Kelli has held various roles in different organizations, showcasing their expertise in education, technology integration, and management.

Dr. Kelli'smost recent position was as Director of Education at Learning.com, where they provided thought leadership on trends and innovations in education and drove product strategy based on opportunities and challenges in the education market. Dr. Kelli also evaluated the effectiveness of educational programs. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Instructional Design Manager and Product Owner at the same organization.

Before joining Learning.com, Dr. Erwin worked at Pasadena ISD as an Instructional Technology Specialist. In this role, they provided district-wide professional development for technology integration and supervised campus liaisons for technology integration and training schedules. Dr. Kelli also managed various technology implementation projects.

Dr. Erwin also gained valuable experience in the sports industry, working as a Stadium Tour staff member for the Houston Astros.

Additionally, they have worked in the education sector as an Enrichment Specialist at La Porte ISD, where they provided gifted and talented training, organized enrichment activities, and created a positive learning environment for students.

At Galveston ISD, Dr. Erwin served as a Training and Support Specialist, organizing and providing district-wide technology training. Dr. Kelli also worked as a teacher and campus instructional technology specialist, creating curriculum-based activities and managing classroom and computer lab activities.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Erwin served as an Assistant Vice President and Loan Compliance Officer at Texas First Bank, where they managed a team, monitored banking center operations, and conducted employee training.

Dr. Kelli Erwin earned a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment from Walden University, between the years 2012 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Full Sail University, from 2009 to 2010. Dr. Kelli'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University, completed between 1990 and 1994. In addition to their academic degrees, Dr. Erwin also holds various certifications including Science of Learning from edX (obtained in 2019), IT Director from the Texas Computer Education Association (obtained in 2013), Web Instructor Certification from Region 4 ESC (obtained in 2009), and several Texas Education Agency certifications obtained in 2001, 2004, and 2008, including TX Elementary Self-Contained, TX Master Technology Teacher, and TX Gifted and Talented Supplemental.
