Larisa Gorokhova is a Senior BI and Data Management Leader with over two decades of experience in driving data-driven transformations and cultivating analytical excellence across various sectors. Currently, they serve as the Director of Reporting and Analytics at Learning.com, where they lead data initiatives to support business objectives. Previously, at CSE Insurance Group, Larisa was instrumental in orchestrating the company’s evolution into a data-driven organization, launching an Enterprise Data Warehouse, and implementing robust data governance protocols. Early in their career, Larisa held key roles at companies such as Esurance and Prosodie Inc., where they contributed significantly to business intelligence strategies and reporting systems. Larisa continues their education at Moscow State University.
