Amy L. Wheeler

Amy L. Wheeler is the Executive Director and co-founder of Learning Courage, a position they have held since 2022, focusing on creating a survivor-centric, trauma-informed approach to address incidents of sexual misconduct in schools. Previously, they served in various roles, including Associate Head of School at The Ethel Walker School and Upper School Director at Beaver Country Day School, where they managed academic initiatives and fostered inclusive educational environments. They were also a founding board member of The Tremont School and have held board positions at Horizons at The Ethel Walker School and Walnut Hill School for the Arts. Amy holds a degree from Boston College, completed in 2009.
