Todd Carter

Todd Carter is a seasoned Training and Development Consultant with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently, Todd has held a position at Learning Designs Inc since February 2000 and at the National Workforce Institute since September 2004. Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, earned between 1992 and 1997.
