Barbara Phillips

Barbara Phillips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and training, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Learning Dynamics, a firm that provides consulting services to a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, since June 2001. Additionally, Barbara has been the Principal at Phillips Associates since July 2012. Previous roles include serving as a Board Member at United Way of Western Connecticut from May 2007 to June 2011 and as a consultant for the organization from 2005 to 2009. Earlier in the career, Barbara held the position of First Vice President at People's Bank and Director of HR at People's United Bank from 1996 to 2000. Barbara holds an M.A. in Education from Columbia University and a B.S. in Education from Skidmore College.
