Barbara Phillips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and training, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Learning Dynamics, a firm that provides consulting services to a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, since June 2001. Additionally, Barbara has been the Principal at Phillips Associates since July 2012. Previous roles include serving as a Board Member at United Way of Western Connecticut from May 2007 to June 2011 and as a consultant for the organization from 2005 to 2009.
