Barbara Rutkowski is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational effectiveness and human resources. Since July 2015, Barbara has served as Vice President at Learning Dynamics, specializing in consultative services related to leadership development, management skills training, and individual effectiveness. Prior to this role, Barbara held several positions at Webster Bank, including SVP of Organizational Effectiveness & HR Technology and VP of Program Management for Performance Management & Leadership, as well as VP Human Resources Business Partner.
