Benae Lambright

Benae Lambright, M.S.Ed., serves as the VP and Corporate Secretary at Lambright Group Staffing Solutions, Inc., since January 2007, where responsibilities include managing the full life-cycle talent acquisition process and developing innovative recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. Additionally, Benae holds a position as a Senior Consultant at Learning Dynamics, focusing on training and leadership development programs. Previous academic roles include Adjunct at Ashford University, Professor at Bauder College and Kaplan University, and Manager of IT at the City of Orange Township Board of Education. Benae earned a Master’s in Education from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University.
