Jim DeMaio

Jim DeMaio is the President of Learning Dynamics, an international learning and development company, since September 1992. Under Jim's leadership, the company offers over 40 programs on diverse topics such as leadership, emotional intelligence, and project management, collaborating with notable organizations like Collins Aerospace and Yale University. Prior to this role, Jim served as an Assistant Professor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Management (Adjunct) at Quinnipiac University from 1996 to 2007 and held the position of Vice President and Director of Corporate Training at Lafayette American Bank & Trust from 1984 to 1992. Jim holds an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Computer Information Systems from Quinnipiac University.
