Jason Hunter has a strong background in education and product management. Jason currently works as a Product & Content Manager at Learning Explorer since February 2018. Prior to that, Jason worked at Lesson Planet, starting as an Education Content Specialist in November 2013 and later becoming the Manager of the Education Resources Department in July 2015. Jason served in this role until October 2021. Before Lesson Planet, Jason worked at Goleta Union School District as an Instructor/Science Specialist from August 2008 to June 2013.
Jason Hunter attended Michigan State University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to pursue further education at UC Santa Barbara from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they obtained a Master of Education degree in Education. Jason also holds a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, although the specific details regarding when and where they obtained this certification are not provided.
