Joe McFarland currently serves as the Executive Director at Kenbrook Bible Camp and as a Learning Forward Academy Coach, where responsibilities include coaching over 60 academy members and educational practitioners globally to enhance their educational practices. Previously, Joe McFarland was the Superintendent of Derry Township School District for nearly two decades, after holding roles as Assistant to the Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction and as Elementary Principal at Rohrerstown Elementary School. Educational qualifications include a Superintendent Letter of Eligibility from Temple University, a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Penn State University-Harrisburg, and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
