Clive Cuthell

Clive Cuthell is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in roles such as CFO and COO at Electro Optic Systems since September 2022, and has served as Chair and Non-Executive Director at Learning Links since August 2017, focusing on preventing learning difficulties in children. Clive held CFO positions at Real Pet Food Company and Speedcast, and played a crucial role as a Global Integration Advisor during the Nuplex/Allnex merger, which involved the integration of financial functions and risk management. Clive has also been a CFO at Nuplex Industries Limited and Holcim Australia, and has contributed to various boards, including the Manly-Warringah Montessori Society and Cement Australia.
