Kim Pape

Kim Pape has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 1998, they worked as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Verizon Avenue, where they developed and managed processes for Secretary of State filings and ensured pricing compliance. Kim also conducted research and wrote responses to state agencies and the FCC. Kim then joined Philips Healthcare in 2002 as a Contracts/Billing Coordinator. Kim moved on to Kemper Insurance in 2003, where they served as a Legal Administrative Assistant. In 2005, Kim joined Weber-Stephen Products Company as the Document Control Coordinator. Kim worked there until 2008 and was responsible for coordinating document control activities. During this time, Kim also joined Learning Resources in 2008 as a Compliance Supervisor. In this role, they researched and stayed up to date with laws and standards and provided regulatory guidance to business teams. In 2017, they became the Compliance Manager at Learning Resources, where they continue to apply their expertise in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Kim Pape earned a BA in English Literature from DePaul University, which they attended from 1990 to 1992. Later, they obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Purdue University Northwest.

In terms of additional certifications, Kim Pape received a Safety Education Program Certificate of Completion from The Toy Association in July 2019. Furthermore, they obtained a Product Safety Management Certificate from Saint Louis University, granted by the Center for Supply Chain Management Studies/ADK Information Services, LLC, in August 2016.
