Kate Quartey is an experienced professional with a strong background in management, claims processing, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Team Manager at Learning Time since May 2017, Kate also holds the position of Claims Officer at NHIA, a role initiated in December 2015. Additionally, Kate has been a Personal Assistant to the Executive Director at Cape3 Services Limited since March 2014.
