Mark Fishleigh

Mark Fishleigh has extensive experience in the business and financial services sectors. Mark began their career in 2011 as a Director at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, where they headed the Financial Services practice. In 2014, they moved to Capita to become Business Development Director, focusing on the financial services sector. In 2017, they founded Topaz Professional Services and acted as Director, helping start-up, scale-up and keep-up businesses to create or refresh their business model, propositions or go-to-market approach and capabilities, to secure funding and to deliver growth. Mark also worked with investors and businesses seeking to grow by acquisition. In 2018, they were Commercial Director at Learning with Experts and Director at Shift and Oxalyst Partners, where they were Managing Partner. At Oxalyst Partners, they continued the work they started with Topaz. In 2019, they became Director at BrewBroker and Director of Professional Services at Client Share, helping build deeper, stronger relationships between B2B buyers and suppliers. Finally, in 2021, they became Director at Founder + Lightning.

Mark Fishleigh attended West Buckland School from 1981 to 1991, and then Loughborough University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a BEng (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering.
