Chetna Agarwal has over two decades of experience in e-learning, teaching, training, editing, and content writing for both onshore and offshore students. They held the position of Senior Writer at Praxis Technology from 2014 to 2021 and are currently serving as Lead Instructional Designer and Manager of the Instructional Design Group at LearningMate. Chetna previously worked at Cenveo Publisher Services, where they managed editorial services and trained others in copyediting. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Isabella Thoburn College, Lucknow.
