Melissa Swantkowski is a strategic operations and project delivery leader with over a decade of experience in diverse roles. Currently, as a Senior Manager of Project Delivery at LearningMate, they contribute their expertise to enhance project outcomes. Previously, Melissa was the Founding Editor and Prose Editor for Bodega Magazine, where they managed editorial processes for over 150 issues. Their career also includes positions at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and 2U, where they led teams in content development and operations while implementing significant process improvements. Melissa holds an MFA in Fiction Writing and a BA in Art History from New York University.
