Senthil Nathan

Senthil Nathan currently serves as the Senior Vice President of GCC Operations at LearningMate, a position held since April 2025. With extensive experience in operations management, Senthil previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Atos from July 2011 to April 2025, including Global Head of Workforce & Resource Management and GDC Head for India, overseeing a workforce of over 6700 employees. Prior to Atos, Senthil served as Deputy General Manager at Siemens Information Systems Ltd, managing service delivery for infrastructure and network services, and held various positions at NCR Corporation and HCL Infosystems. Educational qualifications include a Business Management degree from HEC Paris and executive leadership training from INSEAD, alongside strategic management studies at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak and a Master's degree in Operations from SYMBIOSIS International University.
