Stephanus Fernandez is an experienced instructional design professional with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as the Instructional Design Manager at LearningMate since March 2021, Stephanus previously worked as a consultant and held senior management positions at TINS and Skilldom Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd, where key contributions included developing m-learning solutions and enhancing customer relations. With a solid background that includes roles at Accenture Learning and Aptara Technologies, Stephanus has successfully led instructional design initiatives, championed innovative learning methodologies, and mentored teams to improve client satisfaction and training effectiveness.
