Tim Strang

Tim Strang is an experienced DevOps professional with a comprehensive background in technical management and automation. Currently serving as the Lead - DevOps Engineer at LearningMate since May 2020, Tim has held various titles there including Senior DevOps Engineer and DevOps Engineer. Prior to LearningMate, Tim spent nearly five years at Blackboard as a Senior DevOps Engineer/Manager, overseeing multiple teams focused on build automation, continuous integration, and security operations. At Autodesk from February 1997 to June 2015, Tim led the implementation of innovative DevOps projects, developed an automated continuous deployment system for mobile platforms, and managed teams responsible for software delivery across various operating systems. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from SUNY Geneseo, earned in 1988.
