Petra Aartsen

Petra Aartsen is a seasoned Learning Strategist focused on accelerating organizational growth. Currently a Partner at LearningStone, Petra continues to innovate in blended training, while also serving as Co-owner, Treasurer, Online Learning Facilitator, and CIO at TrainersAcademie from 2020 to 2025. Past roles include Program Director at de baak and Program Manager at Bestuursacademie Nederland, where they were involved in developing and evaluating management training programs. With an MSc in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Petra's experience spans over three decades in organizational development and personal growth.
