Ash Gupta is a seasoned User Research professional with extensive experience in user experience design and consultation, currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at HM Revenue & Customs since July 2020. With a career spanning over two decades, Ash has provided user research consulting through ash-consulting.com, collaborating with notable clients such as Microsoft, NHS, and Vodafone. Prior roles include strategic user research leadership at the Cabinet Office and multiple senior positions at HMRC, where Ash contributed to transformational projects.
