Charlene Banks

Charlene Banks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and education sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Instructor at ROI Training since December 2022 and holding a Google Cloud Certified Professional Architect credential, Banks has also been the Owner of Charsoft Consulting, Inc. since January 1998. Active in community service, Banks has been a member of Jack and Jill of America since 2001. With a history of teaching as an Instructor for Learning Tree, Intl. since 1997 and previously working as a Solutions Architect at VersaTech, Inc. until September 2022, Banks also gained early programming experience at the Pacific Gas and Electric Company from 1984 to 1986. Banks earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the American Public University System between 2009 and 2013.
