Erica Elam serves as a Board Member for C-IQ European Collective Association and a Global Virtual Facilitator at virtualcollaboration.works, while also holding the position of Leadership Coach and Workforce Trainer at Conscious Leadership for a Changing World since 2015. With over 30 years of experience in workforce training, Erica is a Newfield Network Coach and a Certified Master Level II Practitioner in the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument, focusing on enhancing workplace dynamics and performance for SMBs and tech-centric organizations. As an Instructor and Author for Learning Tree International since 1993, Erica has trained hundreds of professional instructors and thousands of students through the Train-the-Trainer program. Additionally, Erica is the Owner and President of Phoenix Technology Consulting, Inc., with previous roles including Contract Trainer at Cisco and Executive VP at CTA. Educational credentials include training from Newfield Network Coaching, George Mason University, and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
