Igor Lima

Igor Lima is the current Chief Financial Officer at Learning Tree International. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Amify from November 2020 to August 2021, where they implemented detailed departmental zero-base budgets to drive a 26% improvement in profitability. Igor also restructured pricing models, more than doubling the addressable market and stabilizing revenue streams. Furthermore, they redesigned CRM (Salesforce) to improve pipeline management and funnel conversion. In addition, they have served as a CFO Consultant and Advisor at Mailgun Technologies, Inc from October 2019 to April 2020, and as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations at Mailgun Technologies, Inc from February 2017 to July 2019. Prior to that, they were the Director of Finance at Rackspace from January 2005 to December 2017.

Igor Lima completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Notre Dame, with a focus in finance and international business. Igor also completed a General Management Certificate from the Texas McCombs School of Business, with a focus in leadership. Finally, they completed their high school diploma from EARJ - Escola Americana do Rio de Janeiro.

Igor Lima reports to David Brown, CEO. They are on a team with Cheri Hostetler - CHRO, Magnus Nylund - COO, and Tim Vatne - CIO.
