Karen Caulfield

Karen Caulfield is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in executive recruitment and leadership pipelining. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Learning Tree International since April 2021, Karen previously worked at Microsoft from October 2012 to November 2017 as a Regional Executive Recruiter for the UK headquarters, where responsibilities included talent mapping and developing end-to-end recruitment strategies. Prior experience includes owning Scarlett Executive Search Ltd, an international executive search firm, and holding the position of Senior Researcher at Harling Menzies Executive Search. Karen's career began as a PA at The Illingworth Partnership. Karen holds academic credentials from Oxford Brookes University, where studies were completed between 2009 and 2011, and the University of Portsmouth.
