Tripp Thompson

Tripp Thompson is an experienced instructor specializing in Cyber Security and Cisco Networking at Learning Tree International since August 2016. Thompson has been a Defensive Cyberspace Operations team member with the Florida Army National Guard since March 2014. Previous roles include IT Security in Business Operations Support at Frontier Communications and Senior Staff Consultant for Networking and Security at Verizon from April 1998 to March 2016. Additionally, Thompson served as Defensive Cyberspace Operations Team Chief and CND Team Chief in the Army National Guard from 2008 to March 2014. Tripp Thompson holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mississippi State University, completed in 1992 and 1990, respectively.
