Currently working at Learnit as a Professional Development Trainer & Instructional Designer, David has a track record of optimizing organizational capabilities and elevating leader effectiveness. Prior to that, David served as the Director of Learning & Development at Ur Purpose and as the Director of Internal Communications at Blue Shield of California. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
