Tristan Roberts began their career in 2002 when they joined the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. In 2013, they became a student at LearnKey and displayed the knowledge necessary to obtain IT certifications. In 2014, they moved forward to work with LearnKey as a Veteran Services Tech Support Lead, providing help desk and level 1 and 2 technical support for all LearnKey customers.
