Alessandro Hans

Alessandro Hans has a diverse work experience history. Alessandro began their career in 2007 as a Mechanical Engineer at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. In 2014, they co-founded MindBridge Partners and also started working as a Co-Owner and CEO at LearnLaunch, a for-benefit corporation focused on expanding access to learning tools for students. In the same year, they also became an Investor at BrightLoop. In 2013, they served as a Board Member at GetElected, which specializes in campaign management. Prior to that, they worked as a Marine Officer at the United States Department of Defense starting in 2005. In 2017, they became the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Innovate Raleigh, an organization that brings together innovative enterprises and thinkers in the Raleigh and Triangle area. Additionally, they served as a Founding Board Member at MCNC, a public-private partner connecting STEM education to North Carolina's workforce needs from 2008 to 2012.
